RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY – “Bachelorette Yoga Experience” - ALL PARTICIPATING STUDENTS MUST SIGN

1. Acknowledgement of Risk & Assumption
I, the undersigned participant, understand that by joining this yoga session I will engage in physical activity, stretching, body movements, and possibly partner or group work. I recognize these activities carry the risk of injury, including but not limited to sprains, strains, fractures, or other physical harm.
I confirm that I am in good physical and mental health and able to participate safely. I understand it is my responsibility to inform the instructor of any medical condition, injury, pregnancy or limitation that could affect my ability to participate.

2. Release & Waiver
In consideration of being permitted to participate in this fun, female-bachelorette yoga event, I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge the host/organizer (and its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, volunteers and agents) (collectively the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liability, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to my participation in this event — whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise — except if caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Released Parties.

3. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim, demand or legal action brought by me or on my behalf, or by any other person, arising out of or in connection with my participation in this event.

4. Photo/Video Release
I consent to the use of photographs, video or audio recordings of me taken at the event for promotional and marketing purposes by the host/organizer, without compensation.

5. Governing Law & Severability
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

6. Participant Declaration & Digital Agreement
By typing my full name in the field below and clicking the box labeled “I agree to the terms” I acknowledge that I have carefully read this document, fully understand its contents, and I sign it freely and voluntarily, intending to be bound by it. I understand that by entering my name and checking the box I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue the Released Parties.
